Report IP Infringement
For rightsholders and their representatives · We take every complete report seriously: a human reviews it within 24 hours, and valid listings come down within 48.
01How takedowns work
- File — submit the form below with proof of rights (registration number, or link to the original work).
- Review — our IP team checks completeness within 24 hours; incomplete reports get a one-question reply, not a rejection.
- Action — clearly infringing listings are removed within 48 hours; the seller is told exactly why and how to appeal.
- Record — repeat infringers are escalated to shop closure; the report is logged for transparency on both sides.

03DMCA & counter-notices
US sellers whose listings are removed may file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was mistaken (the listing is original, licensed, or fair use). The counter-notice form is sent automatically with every removal. A valid counter-notice restores the listing after 10–14 business days unless the rightsholder shows a court filing. Knowingly false counter-notices carry liability too — both sides must act in good faith.
04Good-faith declaration
Abusing the report system (targeting competitors, unverified mass reporting) is a violation of the Terms of Service and may restrict your ability to file further reports. We keep the bar high on both sides: real infringement comes down fast, and honest sellers are protected from false claims through our seller protection.
